For the second time in just a few short months, Tropic Lightning Real Estate based out of Aiea, Hawaii has been featured on the Sunday edition of the largest newspaper in Hawaii, "The Star Bulletin".  Our firm serves military bases on Oahu such as Schofield Barracks just outside the town of Mililani and specializes in representing Veterans that have VA Loan eligibility.

The original article featured David and Tonya Kucic of Tropic Lightning Real Estate as they perfected a way to work with Soldiers deployed to Iraq find homes upon their return to Hawaii.  Team Kucic took pictures, filmed videos and conducted several transactions with deployed Soldiers and their spouses.  Some of them had purchased homes through Team Kucic (sight unseen) through the use of a "Power of Attorney."  The newspaper found out about what the team was doing and wanted to put together a story about it.

This second article which ran in Sundays edition of the Star Bulletin featured Ed and John Baumgartner of Tropic Lighting Real Estate.  Ed is a fellow Soldier who I served on Active Duty with prior to retiring from Schofield Barracks.  Ed retired about 6 months prior to me and ventured out to the world of real estate.  After his successful transition into that career, I started my career and joined him later on after a brief stay with another company.  Soon, Tonya Kucic  and Ed's brother John Baumgartner joined the ranks of Tropic Lightning Real Estate and the rest is history.
