Fans of Sellsius° Real Estate Blog know they have not posted since August 4, 2007.

The August 4, 2007 post was:

"We've Gone Fishing."

That was not the title, that was the entire entry, forgive me for plagiarizing it.

Today, the day after Labor Day, the one month anniversary of their last post... Will they post on September 4, 2007? For some reason I thought they would post last Monday. They've received 45 comments on their August 4 post, entitled "See Ya."

Sellsius Real Estate Blog got 17 comments by not posting for a week last fall... the entry then was about a spoon.

There is no spoon

Lots of people had an opportunity to meet Joe and Rudy of Sellsius° Blog as they toured the US in an RV in July 2007, during Blog Tour USA. The Sellsius° guys met real estate bloggers and non real estate bloggers across the US. We were one of the stops in Columbus Ohio. Joe and Rudy talked to normal people (non bloggers) across the USA and asked them questions about real estate and blogs and web 2.0. They were the ultimate blog tourists.

They have not blogged on the Sellsius Real Estate Blog or their Blog Tour USA site since early August.

Is today the day?

They deserve the rest. I`m sure they`ll be back. Summers Over..

Sellsius is wierd.

I signed up for a profile back in about June?, for $29.95, got the profile up and haven't been able to log on since. My user name and password don't work and they don't respond to requests for help.

Eureka!!! I just got in. If I get some time today, I may bounce around and see what they are up to these days.

They probably have other priorities to attend to..maybe their blogger is ill?

They've been sighted on Facebook I think and Trulia Voices. Or Joe has been. If you read the very long Sellsius Blog Test: A Social Experiment of Matrix Proportions or the identical was posted here on ActiveRain on Rudy's account, I think his ActiveRain account is Rudolph Bachraty. Joe was the one who had a hard time with one week when they did the experiment last fall.

The early comments on "See Ya" were like "take a rest" and "you deserve a rest " type stuff. The tone has changed..... Jonathan Dalton commented "News update: sellsius seen lurking on other sites, now the photo changed. I feel like I'm waiting for a band to return to stage for an encore"

I believe there is an encore coming... or the third act really. We've just had an intermission.

I think it's a spoon thing...

The very wise Carnac alter ego known as Linda Davis said she thought it was a psychological experiment. I think the whole Blog Tour USA was a psychological experiment.

Lenn I joined but I am undecided about the value of their online classifieds. I think that was a psychological experiment as well.

I thought for sure today was the day, that they'd have resolved the spoon / fishing thing and be back on Sellsius Blog first thing this morning.

Maureen - I loved meeting them on the tour - they are such naturals at blogging and such fun to be around. I hope they come back soon. Thanks for the heads up!

They did not post today. Good thing I did not "bet" that they would..

Maureen - Are they back yet? Maybe they go on vaction every fall. Or better yet they have writers block in the fall? Who knows

No they did not post yeserterday. Last year the one week experiment was at the end of October, beginning of November.

I am sure they got enough footage to keep them busy editing and I hope they did take a long vacation with their families when they first got back from San Francisco.

I wonder if you want to go anywhere when you've just traveled cross country, or if you just want to stay home.

shhhhhh be very quiet. They're back, today September 5, 2007 in a small screen version of The Fly.

And there is a connection between the fly and the spoon... see Blog Tour USA July 6.

I wondered if their impromptu survey of consumers across the nation told them blogging was wasted time. I'll now have to go see the fly.
