So, did you at least stop by the bakery on the tour?
Seriously, I have a question - because of the hills and mountains and such, do the larger acreage houses have "usuable"/flatter land? Or are some of them on steep slopes down the mountain?
Surprisingly, we have that here in Scottsdale and I was just curious if it's the same there.
What fabulous listings Georgina. You are a blessed agent working in a heaven. I know living in paradise isn't always paradise, but you sure seem to rock it. I love following your blog
Juli - No time for the bakery on this tour! Had other appointments to keep.
Larry - thanks so much!
Juli - there are all kinds of properties, some are flat, and many are on the slopes of the mountain, which makes for great views. With a large acreage you will probably get some varied terrain, which is interesting and more fun.
Georgina - what lovely newsletters you always manage to create for your clients - they are beautiful!
