That's right. "I know you're south of the boulevard in Sherman Oaks and I know how desireable the school is here. The interior is fantastic and the curb appeal is to die for. But with all due respect Mr. and Mrs. this home still needs to be priced accurately."

Folks, location is great but price is everything. Sellers, if your home doesn't sell in 30-50 days you really need to consider a price reduction if you need to sell.

If you're in Los Angeles find your home's value. Otherwise find your local realtor and ask for your home's value.

yes they look so nice but Foreclosures are such tough on to stomach.
