You cannot keep people away from good value. Real Estate is getting -multi-billions of dollars worth of free publicity and I use it for the good......there is an upside to all this negativity and you do not have to tell that to foreign buyers or investors either.
They see that now is the time to buy in America and are doing so without prompting. I strongly suggest Americans join them and get their piece of "home" right now. You see, this is what everyone talks about all the time....
BUY LOW...SELL HIGH
We have reached the bottom of a Real Estate cycle. Let's not argue on the trees, but count the forests. There is no where to go from here except up. I am not suggesting to invest to make a quick buck...no way
BARGAINS MAYBE...BUT VALUE.....ABSOLUTELY
What I am saying is that the market value is true and that you will get value for what you pay in today's market place. Find something that you find attractive, buy it, and.... either live in it or rent it out......

Good product is always in demand. In my neck of the woods, prices have fallen 50% of what people paid for their properties originally. Furthermore, in addition to losing equity, a lot of people spent lavishly on their homes putting pools, BBQ's, room additions, custom driveways and patios not to mention upgrading flooring, window treatments and fixtures.
YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.....IT'S BACK
Not only do you get a beautiful home for what it is worth, but it now becomes a piggy bank and in the years to come will not only return your money, but there should be some appreciation. How much is yet to be determined. But this much we do know....Real Estate cycles go round and round and up and down.........That means this one is going to start its upside journey immanently.
Based on the previous cycles, you will have nice home and investment in the long run. Then, when you apply all the tax breaks, it all starts to look vaguely familiar once again......
LOOK....UP AHEAD.....ITS...IT'S THE AMERICAN DREAM
It now resembles the American Dream of buying a home and how much sense it makes...it always did too.....
