Alan:
When I first opened your blog, as I scrolled down I had apprehension about what I would see, but to my delight it was a very humorous rendering. Thanks for sharing this delightful epitaph.
Stephen
Malcolm - perfect for Halloween, dontcha think?
Kathy - nope... all made up.
Stephen - no apprehension required. Thanks
Ha ha ha...great one! I'll have to check out the site! Loving your new blog header. Gorgeous!
Alan, I love it. You put a smile on my face!! I don't think the market is dead, you just have to look a little harder for the deals is all!!
Alan, very nice marker about the real estate market....I am forwarding to my broker. :)
Alan,
You are in "the lighter" mood today. It is funny.
The things that is funny is that real estate market never disappeared. It is like going to the marketplace, and if you do not find it where you used to, you declare it dead.
It is not.
It undeergoes the cahnge of season. It is hot, then it is cold....
HAHAHAH! Nice! What a fun picture. :)
"tombstone generator" - that is hilarious! (and now bookmarked)

Denise - I hope you'll share, when you figure it out.
Alan - Did you read your comment to Alex??? (LOL) I must admit, I've changed my schedule for your blogs ... but I still haven't figured out if I want to read Alan late at nite - or first thing in the AM? This is great and the link is fantastic!
Jack - read it? ... I not only read it... I wrote it!
And at times I think I resemble that remark! Thanks Alan ... I think it's time for me to go home ... and what a great way to end the day ...
Thanks Alan, I think this will be a fun link to use -- bookmarked. Where do you FIND this stuff?
Jack - I've often used that line myself "i resemble that remark".
Lisa - sometimes, it just finds me.
It’s that darn liberal media, unless you live in San Diego or watch Fox News, in which case it’s extremely conservative. Amazing how both the liberal and the conservative media are all doom and gloom.
Russel - the death of the housing market is a much better "story", that it's slow improvment.
