"Heaven & Hell"
at the Del Mar Fairgrounds

FOR ADULTS 21+ ONLY!

Angels & Demons.
Ghosts & Goblins.
Pumpkinhead.
Satanic puppeteers....

On Saturday, October 30, the Del Mar Fairgrounds
will be transformed into Southern California's
biggest Halloween music festival and costume party ever!

http://www.missionvalleycondos.info

http://www.missionvalleycondos.infoMind-blowing music, dance, and "daring" Halloween costumes (it is for adults only, after all) will invade the Fairgrounds from 8:00 p.m. until 2:00 a.m. in three areas capable of keeping 10,000 people in "Heaven," "Hell," and "Purgatory."

Major entertainers include a Thriller Flash Mob of 100 dancers in the largest tribute ever to Michael Jackson's Thriller; the Satanic Puppeteer Orchestra, a cross between robots, Devo, Spinal Tap, the Blues Brothers, and others (that could really be interesting); and muralist Carlos Vera with his always entertaining live painting.

Additional entertainers include Fedde Le Grand, Wolfgang Gartner, Joachim Garraud, Bart B More, Dada Life, Hyper Crush, Cowboy Mike, Don Santino, John James, Stir Crazy, and DJ Till.

http://www.missionvalleycondos.infoIf you don't have any little ones — and if you do, pawn them off on the grandparents for the night — and head on out to the Del Mar Fairgrounds for a Halloween party like you've never seen before.

Presale tickets are $55 and VIP Express Entry tickets are $80, both available online at
Heaven and Hell 2010. Tickets are also available at select retail stores:

Sounds awesome!  If I were in the area, this is one grandparent who would not be babysitting...I would be attending the festivities!

I'd love to see those 100 dancers doing the Thriller dance routine.  I'm assuming they get dressed up as ghouls to do it.

My daughter is still complaining that all the FUN things to do require her to be 21 years old and she is 20 plus a couple of months.  I agree - this looks like fun!  ~ Susan

Thanks for stopping by, everyone.

I’m trying to catch up on old posts to see if anyone had a question or if there are some comments that need a response. If so, I’ll respond in a comment below this one.

Also remember that I return comment for comment, so I'll be by your blogs to read and comment soon. I'm exactly 30 days behind right now, but I usually catch up during Thanksgiving and Christmas, so you'll definitely hear from me soon.

And if you need a cat book for Christmas for that special cat person in your life — even yourself if you're your own special cat person in your life! — I can highly recommend “The Cat Lover’s Book of Days,” by our own ActiveRain Member Peg Silloway. It's a book that you can use year after year, and never get tired of, because there are no years in it, only days. It's great!

Russel and I didn’t go. I think it was a little too expensive for a party for oldsters like us.
