Many people enjoy the water and water activities and desire a location where they can indulge in waterfront living. However, the cost of waterfront property has skyrocketed over the past few years and it has become more and more difficult for the average home buyer to afford that beach front home or house on the sound.
There is an affordable solution and that is the fast growing town of Hubert, N C which is an extension of Swansboro. Waterfront and water view property in Hubert N C is much more affordable than most other areas in Eastern coastal N C and the word is spreading.
