My Listing became the top five landing page of all time on my website:
HOWEVER I did send postcards to owners in this complex directing them to this landing page via the single property web address I created. HOWEVER my analytics told me that my money was still well spent here when compared to "all time" visits from FB or Twitter (Mind you this site has only been around since July!) As you can see I produced "half" my 2 1/2 months worth of traffic in one week to my website.

The only leads I received were 2 buyer calls and one possible seller call............from my postcard!
I am hoping to have gained some dedicated readers from this process and the traffic I gained from this challenge that will some day turn into a buyer or seller!
