Sandra, as many times as I have driven through North Haven, I don't think that I have ever noticed the Town Hall. That is a great looking old building.
Sandra, what a great market to be in--selling $35K over asking price. And everybody's right about the townhall. I love historical buildings like that. Ok, one more question...are you and the 'Running Man' related? I'm just slowly learning about some members so forgive me for prying. LOL
Yolanda Our market here is just like the rest of the country. That listing was very unusual, but than again so was the price - most starter homes in North Haven are in the $250 range. Even through it was an "as is" home you never see listings in the $155 range - you can't even find condo's in that price range. Which is why it went over asking price.
I don't mind you asking, Dan and I are married, we are a husband and wife real estate team.
George always win when it is related about your blogs, bahh ! :) as always, very informative and very good information for your state consumers, keep it good ! :)
