Gettysburg Adams County gets Hammered...

By fall colors that is. Yesterday I was off into Adams County Orchard country to do some repair work on an apartment. Driving around I was blasted by all the colors in the surrounding forest area. I just can't remember a year as colorful as this one is. It really was impressive. Seems we are right at the peak season for our area, get on out there, take a nice country drive and take a look at the spectacular show that is Mother Nature is putting on in the Orchard Country of Adams County.

Fall is a beautiful season with comfortable temperatures, lots of color and no flies. If makes for great hiking, biking and horseback riding. I enjoy riding the trails at this time of year.
