10 Reasons Why Real Estate Agents Have A Bad Reputation.
YES!!! Every one of these are the worst!
Another one is going on vacation and not leaving anyone in charge of their business. They just disappear for a few days. Wouldn't you get fired if you did this in another profession?
This is good...no, it is BAD!
Here is one of my rants and it was caused by a fellow realtor who called me 8am this morning to show a property at 12 noon today and made me jump threw hoops to coordinate it with the tenants and seller and than he never showed up! WTF! That is one reason why agents get bad reputations here are some more!
1) NOT SHOWING UP (WE COVERED THAT ALREADY)
2) NEVER RETURNING PHONE CALLS
3) NEVER GIVING FEEDBACK ON A LISTING
4) NOT BEING ON TIME
5) CALLING TO GET INSIDE A LISTING AS THEY ARE STANDING AT THE FRONT DOOR
6) CALLING YOU AT 10PM ON A SUNDAY TO ASK YOU A QUESTION ABOUT A LISTING
7) NOT PRE-QUALIFYING THEIR CLIENT BEFORE THEY SUBMIT AN OFFER
8) GIVING YOU A LECTURE ABOUT THE MARKET, BECAUSE THE LOW BALL OFFER THEY SUBMITTED WAS NOT ACCEPTED
9) DID I MENTION NOT SHOWING UP?
10) NOT COMMUNICATION AND WILL ONLY SEND TEXT MESSAGES!
