Too late Michael, I already am your friend. It was good to see you yesterday at the chili cook-off. I loved your chili, but did not attempt the "Three Alarm Chili". I like heat but it doesn't like me, so I went with the "False Alarm" entry, I figure if the flavor is there I can live without the heat. Good stuff.
