Nobody trusts a product or a business more than when it comes from somebody you know. A cousin, an uncle, a friend, even your roommate's brother's girlfriend. As soon as you hear it straight from somebody's mouth as opposed to an advertisement, you trust it that much more because the person who told you has no vested interest other than to pass on some useful information.
One of our clients recently started using the perfect word of mouth service. AnnounceMyMove is a complete social networking and viral marketing tool that allows an agent to introduce themselves to other people in an informal way - through a shared party.
An agent fills out a simple questionnaire that creates a custom web based announcement for their listing, open house, client move, and more.
