The total inventroy for single family homes stands at 159 homes. The mix of of homes includes 8 homes that the listing has expired and not been renewed and 12 listings where the seller's have cancelled the listing and not relisted with another real estate company.
The bad news is that only 1 home actually closed in August it sold for $153,000. The market is definitely a buyer's market but we are seeing an upturn in homes under contract.
