View Houses on Mercer Island for under $700000

Have an out of town buyer.

They would prefer to live on Mercer Island.

They would like to have a view of Lake Washington

So today I previewed the three houses that came up with a view under $700000 on Mercer Island.

I reported back to the buyers.

Like every buyer, finding the perfect home involves a series of exchanges.

Is living on Mercer Island a must? They say “No”, so we are looking in Bellevue and Kirkland as well.

Is having a view of Lake Washington the most important thing? Well, not the most important, but it would be nice.

We will find them the house that they want.

Phil, I sellin Spanaway where the median price is around $165.  Call me next time you preview. I'd enjoy seeing homes in that price range.
