Foreclosure Friday only had 9 new listings this week in Larimer County, and one was already under contract. So much easier to deal with banks after they own the property as opposed to trying to buy a short sale. Someimes Short Sales work, but overall the banks are so overwhelmed they don't respond fast enough to make it happen. There is a couple of really nice homes that are being marketed as Bank Owned. One is a Stoner Home in Fort Collins that is a Dengler designed home that is listed at $1,100,000. Unable to display content. Adobe Flash is required.
