Any CIPS out there?

CIPS, Certified International Property Specialist

I was wondering what everyone's thoughts were on the CIPS, Certified International Property Specialist
designation. Is it something to consider? What is the outlook for this area of expertise? I would be interested in hearing from Realtors who have gone through the program ( especially people living in the New England area)

Hi Richard, I did part of the course (3 days) & also got my TRC w/Carmela Ma & was well worth it! Now I'm focusing on specializing in Australia so got a bit side tracked... & obtaining my license down there (I'm Australian).  I hope to have my CIPS one day so yes go for it if you can!
