Yes, we closed on 231 Carrie Dr. today, a month of dealing with a well test issue and 114 Kirkland Court closed in September. So now the only home I have left in Wyndfall Subdivision is 261 Wyndfall Lane.
All of these homes have something to offer for the new owners. 231 Carrie Dr. had a fenced yard and a work shed.
114 Kirkland Court was in a quiet Cul de Sac. 261 Wyndfall has 1.8 acres of awesome woods, completely private. 261 Wyndfall is listed for the great price of $139,900, it has three bedrooms two baths a huge kitchen with lots of counter and cabinet space. OK, River Dell Elementary, Archer Lodge Middle and Corinth Holder High are the schools for Wyndfall Subdivsion. Check out there grades at the NC School Report Card and see where they rank. Our boys go to River Dell Elementary and they have great teachers, an awesome admin staff, lots of parents involved with the school and they are a School of Distinction Archer Lodge and Corinth Holder are newer schools, in fact Corinth Holder just opened this year so they have no report card obviously. They do have the most amazing campus I have seen in a while.
