The Hamlets has 5 different sections. Eagle Ridge Way, built in 1995, Knolls East built in 1997, Timberline built in 1987, Treetops built in 1977 and Vista at Kingsgate built in 1987.
At the time of the writing of this article, there are 28 units for sale in The Hamlets.
The Hamlets has one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom condos and townhomes that are one level, two level and three level units.
The amenities available to owners in The Hamlets include several outdoor pools, tennis courts, a paddle ball court, a playground, spacious decks, and many units have indoor 1 or 2 car garages.

As a pet lover, I am happy to say that pets are allowed in this complex.
Commuting to NYC is easy from The Hamlets. The NYS thruway to go north or south, is less than 5 minutes driving distance from The Hamlets. Driving on the thruway, it is about 5 minutes to the Tappan Zee bridge, and less than that to the Palisades Interstate Parkway, which is a short ride of about 15 minutes to the George Washington bridge. There is a commuter's parking lot less than 5 minutes from The Hamlets. Buses to NYC arrive there on a frequent basis. There is also a train station in Nanuet, from which residents can take the railroad into Secaucus or Hoboken. From there, the PATH train will take you to NYC.
Between January 1, 2010 and the time this article was written, Eagle Ridge way units sold for between $235,000 for a 1 bedroom unit to $382,500 for a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit.
Between January 1, 2010 and the time this article was written, Knolls East units sold for between $302,000 for a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath unit to $330,000 for a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath unit.
Between January 1, 2010 and the time this article was written, one 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse sold in Timberline for $365,000.
Between January 1, 2010 and the time this article was written, Treetops units sold between $217,000 for a 1 bedroom, 1 bath condominium to $362,000 for a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit.
From January 1, 2010 to the time this article was written, Vista at Kingsgate units sold between $254,000 for a 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo to $380,000 for a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse.
