First mortgages (purchase only) loans at the below market rates are available for homes renovated by St. Ambrose Housing and Patterson Park CDC.

Home improvement loans are available to owner/occupants through the Healthy Neighborhoods communities.  Homeowners will need to apply and complete homeowner counselling through an accredited program in order to qualify for this program.

For the renovation portion of the loan, up to $10,000 in matching funds is currently available to qualified borrowers in the form of a forgivable loan (income limits apply).
