During the month of August there were two newly marketed properties in Sussex Borough. One was listed for $189,900.00 and it is a Colonial Style home with three bedrooms and one bath on .16 of a acre. The second home is asking $200,000.00 a six room one and a half bath Colonial home on .83 of an acre.

One property showed up as "UC" under contract with an asking price of $324,900.00 it was on the market for 14 days.

Two properties were listed as "X" expired with an average asking price of $224,700.00 the were on the market for 273 days on average.

One property SOLD  it was asking $279,900.00 and received $268,000.00 it was on the market for 126 days. 

Sussex Borough is filled with history and has many of the Victorian Colonial Homes that line its streets. There is a private airport in the town Sussex Airport and a Branch of the St. Clair's Hospital system in town. A relatively small town the town is patrolled by the Guardian Angels one of the Towns council members is President and Dr.Robert Champy serves as Vice President and is often seen on Patrol. The State Police is called to handle any disputes. Since the Guardian Angels arrival crime has drastically dropped and property values have seen a handsome increase.
