 MAYWOOD VETERINARY'S - HOWL-O-WEEN CONTEST WAS A SUCCESS !!!!!!!

Following up on the preview blog I posted for this event - I did indeed attend, and took my two little tykes to see the Pooches on Parade in their costumes !!

... and here is what we were treated to seeing !!!!!!!!!

The King was there !

... in full Royal Gear !

 

There was a LARGE Banana Split Sundae !!!

 

... and a Kids Size Banana Split Sundae !!!

 

This Sunflower was Blooming !!

 

Jaws was there too...

 

 

...this duet was a squirrel and it's tree !

 

...the mailman showed up....

 

... and Salt & Pepper spiced things up !

 

... Superman was there to keep us safe !


...This Groom brought his bride along with him .... she's become quite 'attached' to him !!!!!


.... and one of my favorites, the Yellow Submarine !!!


...Preston liked the Bumble Bee Doggie !!!


...and Spencer liked the Cowboy saddled up on this pooch !!


There was a Devil...

 

...and a Witch !

 

What a Fun Event !!

And they even provided cookies and Apple Cider !!!

 

So Congrats to the Maywood Veterinary Clinic

on a successful HOWL-OWEEN Event !!!!!

Jane ! lol so was I !!!!!

Rita ! They won the most creative prize !!!

Fran ! I've seen more of these pop up, so maybe next year :o)

Jackie ! The King was totally adorable !!!!!!

Susan ! Yup - fun times, I'm sure little JJ would have won the judges hearts too ;o)

Maggie ! The Mailman was hysterical !

Cyn ! The Sunflower was the most friendly dog ! So sweet and let everyone pet him comfortably !!

Margaret ! They all seemed to be having a ball !!!

Leah ! I was surprised at how comfortable they all were ! No pooch was fighting to get the costume off ! I think they were really having fun with their pals !!!

Sharon ! Thanks so much ! My two little two-legged tykes loved every dog !

Cherise ! Thanks !! I thought they might frak a bit too, but they all seemed to be checking each other out and enjoying the event too !!

Sheldon - what a howl!! The liddos must have enoyed seeing all the pooches dressed up. And they didn't even seem to mind. You notice that you don't see this sort of thing for cats.

What an adorable event!  Seems that all the fun stuff happens somewhere else!  Now I know that's not true, but this is an event that I would totally love to go to.
