PRICES AT LAKE CATHERINE IN PALM BEACH GARDENS ARE DROPPING; GREAT DEALS AVAILABLE

There are still very good deals to be had in many Palm Beach Gardens communities.

Lake Catherine, just off of Northlake Boulevard and east of I-95 is one of those communities.

 Built by Divosta in the early 1990's, there are 200 single family homes and 96 patio homes ranging in size from 1140 square feet up to 1550 square feet.

 Home prices continue to decline, down about eight percent from 2009 into mid-October 2010 for single family homes and about seven percent for townhomes.

In mid-October there were 10 units on the market in Lake Catherine with townhomes going in the mid-$100,000's and single family homes priced in the mid-$200,000's

How are the prices at San Matera?

Prices at San Matera are still quite attractive, fueled by short sales and foreclosures.  You can get a three bedroom unit for the low $100,000's.  One and two bedroom units are also priced attractively.  I have three units in there under contract for buyers.  Please let me know if I can help you.
