This photo was from our 2007 trip to Ireland. As we traveled through County Donegal it was a dark and rainy kind of day. It was our one and only day for Glenveagh so we weren't deterred. As the afternoon came it brightened up a little. We hiked up the hill behind the castle and I saw bright spots open in the clouds. The sun was at my back as I was facing the castle. I knew that I had the perfect ingredients for the rainbow. Wait for it, wait for it... there it is! got it!
I think I'm going to start calling this series Shutter Story Sundays. I'd love to be able to pull out of my photo archive to share both old and new shots once a week. I hope I don't kicked out of the "speechless sundays" group but I want to add a very short narrative to each and then I'll let the photo tell the remaining 1000 words of the story. hope you enjoy! craig
