26 Comments on Nearly Speechless Sunday: Happy Halloween Everyone!
Kathryn, Our cats don't mind a little snake snack to go with the shrews....we have a 28 x 40 ft cat enclosure outside that we let them get their outdoor exercise in without bird hunting or getting in trouble wandering off. They've whacked quite a few shrews that enter the Danger Zone...and the occasional garter snake, although we've managed to rescue some of the snakes before they got permanently damaged!
Carol, Exactly! Lily is a sweet cat, but that looks says "There WILL be retribution for this humiliation!"
I would say this cat is in full control of all it surveys (humans included)! Thought you'd like to see Zoe and Rachel's cats . . .
Tish, Those are some BIGGGGG Kitties! Funny how you see the same behaviors in the big cats as our little house cats, just a change in scale!
Bliz ~ Lily is more tolerant than Kobi, my dog would be if I tried to put a hat on him. Although she does look a little perturbed. Happy Halloween
Lily looks like she's ready for those mouse treats.................hope it's a Happy Halloween for her and the two of you.
Lily looks to be quite laid back, my cats would not allow a costume/hat either. Happy Halloween!
Dawn, She's generally a very sweet natured cat...stands on her head to get attention!
Roger, She's offed the occasion shrew in the cat playpen outside...the mice know better than to come in the main part of the house! Hope you have a great Halloween too!
Joan, Some of ours probably wouldn't be so laid back about it!
Smart mice................I did my celebrating last night, low key day today.
Lily is welcome to visit my ex-boyfriends mothers house. I believe she will find a shrew, a snake and at least one, probably 2, rodents. That oughta do it!
Sooo... I wonder what she was thinking... hmmm.... Probably would have to edit it!
ah...that is precious! I had to photoshop the hat onto my cats...they would never sit pretty like that with it on their heads for real!
Too cute! My dog would make me pay dearly for something like that, though...
Very cute! Happy Halloween BLiz & Lily too!

Roger, Fairly low key today here too! Errands until just a bit ago, and now about 30+ bulbs left and then we're done! Taking calls as needed on our listings, and negotiating a post inspection addendum.
Cinnamon, Lily says "Buffet!!!"
Chris, I'm betting you might be right! Lots of little symbols above the number keys :)
Cindy, A few were cooperative! Some of the others might require a blood sacrifice!
Shelley, We'll take cooperation where we find it!
Donne, Enjoy!
Bill and Liz - she's all decked out and looks like a queen waiting to be waited on. Cute!
Leah, She make think she's royalty, but there's a few that think they outrank her!
If she stops by my house Alley Cat said she would share a fresh sock of catnip with Lily. If I tried the hat trick on Alley I would pull back a bloody stump :-)
Cindy, Lily LIKES cat nip too, and appreciates the invite :)
