We had fun at the Pumpkin Fest in Franklin TN yesterday. It may have been the largest crowd that I can recall for any downtown event. The weather was perfect, the food smells were outstanding and the Halloween spirit was alive (or dead)and well. Here my Grandson couldn't take his eyes off of the skeleton that walked among us. Yes, he was even taller than he looked.
It does look like perfect weather! That's great, so that people were glad to turn out on a beutiful day. That blue sky is gorgeous.
It was gorgeous Vickie, but the photo is doctored to make the costume look spookier.
I bet your grandson couldn't take his eyes off that skelton... yikes, I couldn't either! :-) ~ Susan
Mike ~ I hope to see a lot of "monsters" at my door tonight otherwise I have a lot of candy to eat!
Packing up the candy now for the office tomorrow. We may not have a busy month but there is never a shortage of food and candy.
Mike, I had hoped to go to Pumpkinfest this year but my husband was sick and I hated to leave him. I'm sure you had fun with your grandson. Kids love that sort of thing.
Mike - Pumpkinfest is another cool thing that Franklin does. It's a great place to live and work, so I'm not sure why we have any homes still available.
