Good Morning.  I was wondering if anyone could share a company name for paper pads. The long "honey do" list looking ones. I have been getting them here:  Paper Pads at CFRE.com  I'm happy with the product, but was wondering if getting colored paper was possible.

I've recently started using xpressdocs.com and I'm thrilled with the quality and speed.  Next day Fed-ex service for post cards and flyers/brochures, or you can upload your mailing list and they'll mail.  If you order by 3:00 (Eastern) it's in your hands by 3:00 the next day.

If anyone has any other great marketing ideas or marketing suppliers I'd love to hear about them.

Thanx

HouseofMagnets.com is a good one. Plus, you get free shipping with orders over $40 (which is easy to do!)

Hi Chris, I'm not sure id you need KW branded items, but on the KW Intranet they have some preferred vendors:

Laura,

I just thought I'd ask around to see if there is something I may be missing.  You know, we keep using what works sometimes, instead of trying something that might work better. I used CFRE.com for post cards for a looonng time.  Now I'm using xpressdocs.com  The card quality blows the competition away.  Their flyers are awesome, too.

Chris~ I have a question. I checked out Expressdocs, and was wondering how much customization you have in the layout of flyers and postcards and such. Can you change colors, fonts, etc. Since I service KW agents it may be an option for some of my clients~ Thanks!

You can actually test it yourself.

The registration is fast and easy.  You just choose the template, upload the home photos and it more or less puts it all together for you.  I don't know how much font change/flexibility there is.  Basically, the more you type the smaller it will get, there is only so much room for print.

I've been pleased with the results.  If you build a mock flyer or post card you can preview it in .pdf format also and print it out.  You can actually save the pdf and make your own flyers, for that matter to get you by or to take to a listing appointment.

The only problem you could run into is a typo that you let get thru.  After you submit to print, it is litterally printed within minutes and in a fedex box.  There are no do overs after you click submit.  They are seriously fast printers. I triple check my proofs.
