Mitchell, I've never run a marathon, but I used to do the March of Dimes walk when it was still 30 miles.  I have great memories of making it to the finish in Central Park.  Sore, tired and beat but finished.  lol

Mitchell,

I am always amazed and inspired by all those athletes who enter the marathons.  Theire is so much can do attitude in the crowd of runners as well as the onlookers.  That is inspiring!

Mitchell,

Every year at this time I wish I was a runner.  Unfortunately, just not my thing.  So, I will once again cheer for those you are.

Two of my nieces are running, I am hoping to get in but I may have to work.  It is a great day in the City.

As a participant last year, I can truly attest to the amazing feeling it brings.  Not only crossing the finish line, but every mile with the friends/family/complete strangers screaming your name.  Every runner should put their name on their shirt!

Looking forward to cheering on all runners this Sunday

Hey!  That's this weekend?  Isn't this the race that the Chilean miner showed up for?  Should be a good one.

Hannah,Thanks

Alexandra, The marathon is very inspiring

Maggie, Walking 30 miles is a major accomplishment! Congratulations!

Faina, I'll cheer too.

Liz, Good luck to your nieces tomorrow

Brandon, That is a great achievement. It must have been really exciting. Congratulations!

Pat, Yes, but apparently he's unimpressed with New York. The Statue of Liberty wasn't as magnificent as he had imagined, he thought it was white. The copper miner was unaware that the statue is made of copper and is green from oxidization.

Good Luck Runners!
