Seems like some of these asset managers want to nitpick and your paperwork. If it doesn't read a certain way, they will kick back even weeks later.
I don't see it as nit picking, I see it as simply following the instructions provided by the asset managers and banks. If you follow the instructions and requirements, there wouldn't be a valid reason to reject the invoices but deviating only because someone doesn't think it is right or because the submitter just doesn't want to follow instructions and deviate, is different. Unfortunately, it is the later.
Carol as long as we are given the correct information on how to submit it seems to work out to get your money back in a timely manner. I am thankful for the work and I am more than willing to follow the rules that they set out to get paid back talk to you soon
