Today I was in charge of the babysitting at St. Patrick's Church in Sonora, CA. I remember when my kids were little the wonderful feeling seeing the door to the babysitting room open. Ahhh I can sit in church with peace and quiet and hear myself pray!!! Now it is my turn to do the same for other parents.
All volunteers at St. Patrick's church have been fingerprinted and taken a course on children's safety. So come to mass and enjoy some quiet time...even if it is only about an hour!!!
It is always a great feeling to give back or pay it forward. Way to go on doing your part!
Heidi--That great you are giving back.Keep up the good work as Volunteer.As people we need to volunteer as much as possible for church or etc.
Getting involved with the community is a part we play in more than one way!
Great job Heidi volunteering for the Catholic Church. You know they need volunteers like yourself so young moms can enjoy an hour of church without distractions. Way to go, keep up the good work.
