Hi everyone and Lisa says Hi!
Can it be? November is here already?
Our updated Real Estate Newsletter for November has arrived for the the fall as well!
Halloween has come and gone. Now it's on to the Holiday Season of Thanksgiving.
Wow!
Where has the time gone?
The Fall market has picked up here in New Jersey. The leaf peeping has just about finished and peaked out but oh what a beautiful season it was as evidenced by the pictures below.
The Pascack Valley areas exploded this year with wonderful colors.
This is my favorite time of the year here in New Jersey.
Here are some views of the Woodcliff Lake Reservoir and Causeway with colors blazing.
New Jersey is the Garden State.
Business is great and we are excited at the possibilities available for first time home buyers as well as sellers looking to move up.
Historically, interest rates are still at an all time low and have even gone lower since last month.
How long will this last?
No one knows of course, so First Time Home buyers have a wonderful opportunity right now to get a terrific rate on a mortgage.
Either moving up or buying for the first time, now is a great time to make the move up to home ownership.
This Newsletter is full of interesting and useful information that we think you will enjoy whether you are a buyer, seller, homeowner, or renter.
This month's issue includes topics such as:
"Knowledge Is Power When You Buy A House";
"Four Questions Help Determine Improve vs. Move";
"Kitchen Remodeling Trends";
"Questions You Should Ask About Property Taxes";
"Eight Out of 10 Still Believe Buying a Home Makes Good Financial Sense";
Plus a roundup of October real estate activity as well as much more advice and information.
