It Must Be My Week!

I have to knock on wood! Count my lucky stars, rub the Buddah Belly or something! I must be doing something right these days! Last week a super smooth successful closing of one of my short sales, today approval on another one that we thought was going to be next to impossible to get! This one will be an extremely substantial loss to the lender who holds both the first and second.

APPROVED! As submitted! Nothing countered, no fine print! 30 day close. Golden buyer. Looks like we will have another one down!

A positive attitude and a supportive team can achieve anything we set our minds to!

Woo Hoo! It must be my week! Keep them coming!
