Gulf Island real estate news One Percent agent going to Mayne Island...The last time I was on Mayne island was 40 years ago, I sure hope it is the same. I have such great partial memories it would be nice see something that brings them back in full. My father was a falconer and we had gone to Mayne to look at some eagle nests.

This time I'm going to sign up a new listing. It's not as romantic or trendy as my last trip. I really don't know why we where looking at nest his friend would climb the trees and they would count the chick. It was some study, I think it was for his friend George Gelets who was a famous falconer or maybe it was part of the BC falconer association which my father was the president of. I don't know if anyone can enlighten me let me know.

So I'm up at 6 am to spend 4 hrs on a ferry to go 10km. I can look out from my house and see Mayne and the ferry slip but it will be 8 hrs of going round and round to get there and back.
