Client Appreciation Parties

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty Boston North West

I am always looking for great ideas to WOW my clients. Here are a few I have planned for the rest of the year:

Pumpkins:

We are going to deliver pumpkins to our past clients with a tag, it could also be a nice Mum for their front steps.

SPA:

We also rent out a local spa, supporting another business. We buy food and drinks from Trader Joes and have agre at time.            The Spa is very reasonable as they are getting new clients as well.

 Lastly, a Movie Saturday:

I rent out a movie theater the 1st Saturday morning in December for a family movie, we bring in donuts and coffee. This is a great way to see the whole family at an event, the kids invite their friends and it's very easy to put on.

I'd love to hear your ideas!

I have had a party at my house and my clients love to see that I am just like them.  I've also had a dinner party at a restaurant with a private room and had a caricature artist and it was a huge hit.  This year i'm going to have it at a local bowling center that has a private area with 6 lanes and 2 pool tables and a buffet.  It should be fun for all (to make fun of me when I bowl).

As most everyone knows, it's way more cost effective to market to current/past clients than to focus on getting new, getting new, getting new. Sending thank you's and keeping in touch gifts goes a long way when done throughout the year (as opposed to just at the holiday time). One great idea comes from Zen Rabbit Baking Company (www.ZenRabbitCookies.com). Customized gift packages of all-natural gourmet cookies help you show appreciation for anyone who supports your success. Then the clients get to have their own parties whenever the gift arrives.
