Hi William!  So happy to see you back because I was missing your pretty market reports.  I always love to get out of my Las Vegas bubble and see what is going on in the rest of the country.

FYI, I am a little slow in reporting due to the way I pull stats too.  I have the reason outlined on this page under the paragraph "when do you pull market stats".
