After many months of looking at both rental homes and homes for sale in Charlotte NC, my buyer finally found THE ONE in Providence Plantation! We all knew it as we walked in the front door and saw the beautiful hardwood floors, KILLER Kitchen, and huge windows showcasing the lush and private backyard. Excitement turned to skepticism as my buyer questioned whether she would be able to get this home at a price she could truly afford.

Kim Venable of SunTrust Mortgage, gathered documentation, dealt with the complexities of the transaction, and patiently led us through some nerve-racking days while we awaited an IRS form that was holding up the deal. Since my buyer was purchasing this home "as is," Gary provided my buyer with the peace of mind she needed to purchase the house of her dreams.
It was one of those magical transactions in which buyer, buyer agent (me!), seller, andseller's agent worked togetherlike a well-oiled machine. Both sides were respectful and helpful, making for a transaction that was a win-win for all involved.
