There are lots of great deals to be had out there if you are in a position to pick up some more investment properties. Prices are dropping and most sellers are VERY motivated.

I did post my year end wrap up for Central Florida last week. If you click on my blog, it is about 3 posts down the list right now.

I do believe the market has bottomed out - inventory levels have been about the same for 6 months or so now. Median price continued to drop in December. It was around 250K at the beginning of 2007 and the December median was $223,900 which is about a 10% price drop.
