A Deep Breath, Move Forward! We are blessed to live in this country! The election has come and gone. A peaceful transition within our government....Amazing.

Now for the deep breath part...Let's move forward. This country functions when it's people have a goal and motivation to achieve it. Let's roll up our sleeves and go to work!

Pending sales were up last month...The election is over. It is time to Move! Here in Mountain Home we see a lot of folks choosing this area as a retirement destination. Prices are below where they were 2 years ago! Interest rates are below where they were 2 years ago! Selection of great homes is fantastic!

Let's all take a breath, and enjoy the season, and move forward.

Make the most, be grateful with what you have and have fun in your day to day raising families, peddling properties, volunteering in your community. The vote feeling is a good one and still majority rules, not the apple cart upset with one out of a 100 people who screams their individual rights are being violated, not considered. Silent majority becomes loud and clear when they pull the lever, mark off the candidate of their choice.

I am glad the election is over. However, I realize that the struggle is far from over. We have still to reverse the debt created by the last two years, and wash off all the socialism that splattered everywhere.
