Real Estate Market Update for Red Feather Lakes/Livermore Colorado- October 2010
October shaped up to have the largest number of closings in any month so far this year. For our MLS Area 9/24, which includes Red Feather Lakes and most of Livermore, there were 23 closed sales and 17 pending sales left to close in future months.
Here's the way the year is stacking up so far.
Closed Sales in October ranged from lowest: a $10,000, .99 acre vacant lot in the Glacier View Meadows Subdivision to highest: a $325,000, 2736 sq. ft., Lakefront Log Home in the Crystal Lakes Subdivision.
Average Days on the Market were 228 days: The longest being 681 days and the shortest, only 26 days!
