Hello! I need an expert VA who was really good with Top Producer, Gooder Rainmaker, SendOutCards, Constant Contact to manage our database seamlessly. Our team is good at getting contacts, but we are not staying in touch consistently.

Duties: perhaps 3-5 hours a week? 

1. Source, assign and classify leads or new contacts in Top Producer. Manage leads by setting up 12-direct, 33-touch, and 8x8s. The cards through SendOutCards can be part of the 33-touch campaign that we come up with. We may mail or scan in business cards so they can be added.

2. Manage email campaigns in Gooder's Rainmaker. The admin would add, change and remove campaigns appropriately as they work with new contacts. You may also set up and manage Rainmaker stealth websites. This includes registering or forwarding the domain, asking for a new banner, and advertising the stealth site online.

3. Follow through on touches that are part of the initial introduction and general follow up that does not require an agent.  I can set up a series of emails or voiceblasts that the admin can automatically send out for the 12-direct, which can announce our market updates and release of the Constant Contact enewsletter.

4. May create the Constant Contact Newsletters or email blasts.

5. Keep contact records updated in Top Producer. Since we're busy, we need to make sure contact information is gathered for people we talk to and that their records are updated. We currently either send update requests to contacts@copelandgrouprealty.com or copy the VA on emails to the clients so our conversation can be pasted into Top Producer records.
