Being Remembered can be Easy!!

19. One of the more important things to remember to do when staying in contact with past clients is that when you address them you call them by their first name.

20. You can sometimes get a better responce if you hand write something, it will make all the difference.

21. Items like calenders and notepads with your picture and information on the keep you in their mind.

22. When you sell a home, you can give your buyers fifty postcards with the picture of their new home on it to send to their friends. Remember always include you contact information somewhere on the card.

Thanks.  These are great tips.  I esp like #22.  I'll have to see if I can do the equivalent for my biz (flooring...we've just started taking pictures of their floors and was thinking about using this w/ Send out cards for their 1 yr Happy Birthday to their floors card.

I send hand-written notes after a listing presentation. Surprisingly, the seller ended up telling me that note is what got me the listing.
