Indoor Pollution!

According to Woman's health Magazine, All the major air pollutants (car exhaust, factory fumes, and sidewalk smokers) are outside, right? Not so much. Indoor air may be the grimiest stuff our lungs filter each day. Studies show that things like candles, printers, and even shoes can fill your rooms with harmful contaminants!

Here are the following lists you should be aware of it;

Candles pollution indoor!

Printers' pollution indoor!

Dust pollution indoor!

Shoe Debris indoor!

Furniture pollution indoor!

This is just FYI only!

Hello Adam, I think the problem is made worse because of how air tight we are building homes these days.  Unless there is proper exchange of outside filtered air you are breathing stale air.

Yes, there's so much potential health hazards in an enclosed indoor environment.  Keeping your home clean and aired out can help alleviate some of these issues.  It's hard to function nowadays without our printers, candles, and shoes!  Some basic cleanliness, common sense and moderation will go far to help folks lead healthier lives.
