Foreclosure and short sale listings remain at 24% of the current homes for sale in Pleasanton, CA.  Month to month comparisons show Pleasanton’s real estate market activity relatively the same  for homes sold from September to October, while pending sales for detached homes have increased.  Available inventory is down 15% from  active listings on par for the previous month as well.
