Brevard County has approx. 5000 properties for sell. We have homes selling for prices we haven't seen for 10 years or longer. We have new construction, rehabbed home, homes that need updating. There owners fixed the leak, took care of the A/C, put on a new roof and cleans the carpet when needed.
