I just had to write a quick post about my total marketing makeover. Rebecca St. Thomas is my loan officer over at AmeriFirst Financial, and she graciously offered to help me market my listings through epropertysites and activerain. The cool part is that this basically results in a total marketing makeover.
To date, Rebecca and her team have built 60 single property websites on epropertysites.com. They have posted each property to craigslist daily, and over the past 10 days those postings have generated over 2400 page views of the property websites.
They have helped me set up and begin to use my activerain rainmaker account so I can be a part of this great community. And part of my marketing makeover includes using activerain to blog about some of my properties, getting those blog posts to the first page of Google - and keeping them there.
As they've done all these things, I'm developing an internet presence like nothing I've known before. Take a look!
