Starting spring of 2008, a 74 unit, $50 million condo complex will be built overlooking the Spokane River, near Riverstone.

The complex will be 5 stories, 190,000sf and sits on 2.25 acres.  The plan is to have 5 above ground floors and 2 basement levels.  Condo's will be priced from $500,000 to $1,200,000.  This new development will be called the Coeur d'Alene Condominiums and units will range in size from 900 square feet to 1,850 square feet with balcony's ranging in size from 90 square feet to 270 square feet.

Currently, the ground floor may include some retail shops, which is very similar in concept to the Village Condominiums at Riverstone.  Every unit will have a view of the water (Spokane River) and higher units will also have views of Coeur d'Alene Lake.
