Victoria Woods is a community of two bedroom town houses located in Brookhaven, Delaware County, Pennsylvania. There are only two streets in this community, Kenney Lane and Ricks Circle; both are cul de sacs so the traffic that flows on these roads are mostly related to the people that live on these roads. No through traffic, which can be nice.
Roughly sixty-four houses were built at this location starting in 1987 and completed the following year in 1989. Many have back decks for added living space in the warmer months and trees surround the community helping to give the feel of not being too far from the woods.
Most units have two bedrooms with one and a half baths, eat in kitchens and some even have lofts and finished basements. Each homeowner pays a monthly Home Owners Association fee that covers the care of the common areas and trash removal.
The location of Victoria Woods is very convenient for food shopping and public transportation. Penn-Delco is the school district that serves this community. Access to major roadways are very close and downtown Philadelphia is roughly fifteen miles away or a thirty-minute drive.
