Russell-though I'm not a huge fan of having my picture taken or appearing on video I think it gives folks an idea of who were are so I'm biting the bullet and adding more of them to my blogs.

Cal-I've been fortunate this year to assist 20 families so far with successful closings on HAP transactions and I have another one under contract. It is a good program and hopefully a few more families that were not aware they were qualified will be able to sell in Spring 2011.
Pat-my blog post from Feb is still getting hits and questions so know military families are still looking for help.

Cindy, just came over from Margaret's re-blog and just wanted to tell you that this is a great post for military families considering the HAP program. Not only is the information wonderful, but your video and editing are very pleasant as well!
Cindy, We have friends who have friends in the military in NorVa who are underwater and are renting out. They hadn't heard of the HAP program, were going to pass on to their friends with the rental. We wouldn't have known about the program without your posts on the topic. Thanks!
