Susan.. I know my sister keeps mentioning that she would like to buy a home... maybe you can talk with her about this option instead of renting.. if it works for her.
Oh, I forgot to mention.. I like your video display of the home in the above blog. Can you tell me how you did this?
Valerie: Hopefully she and I will be able to get together for lunch one day in the next couple of weeks. Between her move and my now being out of town, it has been a little tough. But she did mention she may want to consider that option.
Valerie: This particular listing and video is through www.realbird.com. You can use it for free or sign up for an "advertising free" option (there may be some other benefits to the paid subscription); I think I paid $89 a year for unlimited listings. Once you enter all of the information for a listing, the video is created automatically, you click on the listing, you'll see an option for "imbed in A/R blog" - you click on that, copy the embed code and then paste in html in your blog post.
RealBird also automatically syndicates your listings and creates a single property website. All listings include an automatic QR code - and you can order QR code decals for signs, brochures, etc. for a low cost from them. Let me know if you have any questions - I'm happy to help!
