After less than two weeks on the market, this beautiful STAFFORD COUNTY home received multiple offers and went under contract.  Two days after submission of paperwork to the Department of Defense HOMEOWNERS ASSISTANCE PROGRAM, my seller received approval of the contract, so we're moving on to settlement.  This means he can proceed to his new duty station overseas knowing he won't be facing a short sale since he is being transferred out of the area.

Valerie: Hopefully she and I will be able to get together for lunch one day in the next couple of weeks.  Between her move and my now being out of town, it has been a little tough.  But she did mention she may want to consider that option.

Valerie:  This particular listing and video is through www.realbird.com. You can use it for free or sign up for an "advertising free" option (there may be some other benefits to the paid subscription); I think I paid $89 a year for unlimited listings.  Once you enter all of the information for a listing, the video is created automatically, you click on the listing, you'll see an option for "imbed in A/R blog" - you click on that, copy the embed code and then paste in html in your blog post.
